Aletté Winckler has always been passionate about reaching women for the Kingdom. Well-known as a motivational speaker, self-help author, beauty surveyor, energetic executive and multi-passionate entrepreneur, she wanted to not only franchise Girl-School Global, but also get her hands dirty with the Stellenbosch branch. As the mother of three boys, she published a Lulla Bible series for baby boys and girls. When she and Heinz welcomed their own little princess into the family, her heart for girls rapidly expanded. Girl-School enlarged her territory, once more, and filled the gap in her current sphere of influence.
About Esmari van Nierkerk
Owner Stellenbosch
Esmari van Niekerk joined the Defence Force after school and was quickly appointed as an Officer. She served for 16 years and bowed out as a Major. The military culture of discipline and etiquette resonated with her and she loved the opportunities for influence presented to her. She always had a heart for women’s ministry and often wished that those who came for ministry, could have learnt the truth about their identity as your girls. Along with Paul, her husband of 23 years, they raised three boys to men. Youngest of 3 girls, aunt to 4 nieces, who, along with her future daughters-in-law, stirred her passion and interest in Girl-School. “The sooner you deploy God as your compass, the shorter the road to your destiny will be.”

Our Girl-School course is presented in a happy, FUN and safe environment that will positively impact your daughter’s development. This course will empower her with everyday life and behaviour tools, ideally put together to suit her age and level of understanding, presented by a handpicked, skilled Girl-School coach.

What is included?
At Girl-School, each girl receives fun, beautifully designed lesson notes and mirror cards to remind her of what she learned in class and that she can practice her new skills daily. Girl-School
Sugar and spice, and all things nice; That’s what little girls are made of. Yet, there are thorns and thistles with hits and misses, they need loving guidance to navigate their way through this big world. Girl-School is designed for young girls from Gr 1 – 3 as a practical, FUN foundation for personal grooming, self-esteem and etiquette.
Girl-School Tween
From ribbons and curls of little girls to Teens with make-up and ripped jeans, Tweens fill the space from girly to grace, and do so without effort… it seems. Girl-School Tween is designed for Grade 4-7 girls to learn the ins and outs of first impressions, how to make a positive impact on herself and others, personal grooming, healthy friendships, and to navigate the amazing changes she is going through.
Girl-School Teen
Towels on floors and slamming doors could be in store for teenage girls. Girl-School Teen is presented to young ladies from Grade 8 – 11, empowering them with the skills required to navigate relationships with themselves and others, focussing on finishing and etiquette to make them well-rounded individuals and flourishing inside and out.

Girl-School
Tarryn Janse van Rensburg is a Foundation Phase teacher who Studied through UNISA and taught at Lofdal Christian School. She is a qualified Personal Training and loves cycling outdoors & spinning indoors. She is also a qualified Image Consultant who loves to bring out the beauty in her clients. This multi-talented God-girl is married to Johan. She has a son and two little girls and is passionate about seeing little lives changed. She lives by this saying: “Blessed is she who believes that the Lord will fulfil His promise to her.”
